how state bank of travancore is troubling its customers

dear all

i am an savings bank account holder with SBT in M.G.Road branch in cochin. i send my staff to deposit money sadly, we have come to understand that if one goes to deposit cash they issue a token and then we need to wait untill we are called. this is system was made as per the manager by spending rs 1.5 laks, which i feel is a failed system, the reason mainly because they did not take a sample for themselves in real time.

this is a critical example of a system of operation being designed without consulting with its customers who form the blood for the banks.

hope SBT learn a lesson and take corrective action.
